1. Services Provided

V-TRANSFER offers premium chauffeur and transfer services exclusively on the French Riviera. The details of the transportation service, including pick-up times, drop-off locations, and designated vehicles, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Quotes

All services are subject to availability. By submitting a quote request, you are initiating an inquiry, which is not a confirmed booking until officially accepted and confirmed by V-TRANSFER.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations must be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund or to cancel without penalty. Modifications depend on availability and may affect the finalized quote.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. Any vehicle damage caused by a passenger's negligence will be charged to the client. Wearing seatbelts is strictly mandatory in accordance with French law.

5. Liability

While our chauffeurs strive to ensure you reach your destination punctually, V-TRANSFER is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, unpredicted traffic conditions, or road closures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in France.
